Friendly staff, need cleaner rooms.

The room was comfortable and clean, providing a decent place to relax. However, the overall condition of the hotel was quite poor, reminiscent of a ghost town. The limited breakfast options left much to be desired, and the lack of attentive service contributed to a disappointing experience.

It was just a balanced option for a quick layover in Columbia with real value for money. The pool looked nice, but I was scared to take my shoes off in the room!

The staff demonstrated friendly engagement during check-in. The bathroom had plenty of supplies and toiletries, which was a plus. I appreciated the availability of free parking nearby.
